Shipping Policy

UK Only

Items are posted by Royal Mail 2nd Class postage and are dispatched within one working day unless otherwise stated.

Orders above £35 will be sent using the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. 

​

Orders above £100 will be sent using the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service. 

​

Orders above £150 will be sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm and will arrive the next working day after dispatch (excludes Saturdays), as well as being fully tracked and with a signature on delivery.

Non-UK Postage

​

Orders up to £20 are sent by standard international post with a flat rate delivery fee of £2.50 which will be automatically added to your order at the checkout.

​

Orders totaling £20-£50 will be sent with tracking number which can be tracked online. The delivery charge will be added to to the order at checkout as follows:

​

  • Europe Only (see below) - £5.00

  • Outside Europe  - £9.00

​

Orders totaling £50-250 will be sent with tracking number which can be tracked online. The delivery charge will be added to to the order at checkout as follows:

  • Europe Only - £7.50

  • Outside Europe - £11.00

Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your item then please submit a refund request within 14 days. This can be done via email to romileycoins@outlook.com.  Once your request has been logged, please return the item to us within 14 days and upon receipt you will receive a full refund. Please note that return postage costs will be funded by the buyer.

In the unlikely event there is a mistake with your order, then please notify us as soon as possible and we will rectify this for you either by way of refund or exchange. 

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order then please notify us as soon as possible by phone or email, or via your account/order confirmation page. 

​

If your cancellation request is received before your order has been dispatched then we will process a full refund immediately. 

​

If your order has already been dispatched then your refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned item. You have 14 days to return the unwanted item to us and the buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
