• What is our Loyalty Scheme?

​

Members can earn points when shopping on our website which can be redeemed and exchanged for rewards and discounts.

 

• How do I earn points?

​

Members earn points every time they place an order on our website (one point for every pound spent). There are also bonus points available on selected promotions or for engagement activity as below:

Ways to earn

• Create an account to become a website member - 50 points (points will automatically be added upon account creation)

• Leave a positive review - 50 points  (Please provide the email address you use to log in to your account and points will be added within 14 days) 

• 1 point per every £1 spent when members place an order (points added to account after successful checkout) 

• Bonus points on promotional items – various (higher tier customers receive additional bonus points on promotions. Points added to account within 14 days of successful checkout)

• What are the tiers?

​

The scheme is separated into three tiers (Bronze, Silver & Gold) and members will be promoted to the next tier when they have accumulated enough points. The higher the tier, the higher the rewards.

Bronze Members (0 points to enter) - £1 discount per 100 points

Silver Members (250 points to enter) - £2 discount 100 points

Gold Members (500 points to enter) - £3 discount per 100 points

• How do I check points balance?

​

Go to 'My Account' and select 'My Rewards,' to display the available points balance, current tier and how many points are required to redeem a reward or move to the next tier.

• How do I redeem points?

​

By using the widget at the checkout to convert accumulated points into a cash discount on the total order. Enter the relevant coupon code to claim the discount. i.e.  to convert 100 bronze  points enter '100' in the code box to receive the £1 discount on the order.

 

Points can be accumulated and saved to earn higher rewards in the upper tiers of the scheme.

• Do points expire?

​

Points will expire after 12 months, but members will receive an email reminder before the expiration.

• ​Refunds and Returns

​

Points balance will be adjusted following completion of the returns process and refund processed.
